SkillWar – Terms & Conditions
By accessing or participating in any tournament on SkillWar, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Platform Nature
SkillWar is a skill-based gaming platform where tournament results depend on player skill, strategy, and performance. The platform aims to operate in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ to participate in paid tournaments, subject to applicable laws. Users below 18 may participate in free tournaments only where legally permitted and with appropriate parental consent. Users must provide accurate details, and multiple accounts are not allowed.
3. Fair Play Rules
Official game rules and SkillWar guidelines apply. Hacks, mods, unauthorized VPN or emulator use, cheating, teaming, or abusive behavior may result in disqualification.
4. Account Suspension
SkillWar may suspend or permanently ban accounts for cheating, fraudulent claims, abusive behavior, or other rule violations. Refunds will not be provided for penalties resulting from a user’s violation of the rules, subject to applicable law.
5. Tournament Joining
Users must join tournaments on time. Late entry may be treated as a no-show. Room ID and password will be shared through the app or notifications.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for match cancellations caused by technical issues or other verified circumstances, in accordance with SkillWar’s policies and applicable law. Eligible refunds will be credited to the SkillWar Wallet. No refunds will generally be provided for no-shows or rule violations.
7. Winnings & Payouts
Winnings will be credited to the in-app wallet according to the applicable tournament rules. Withdrawals may require KYC verification. TDS or other applicable taxes may be deducted as required by law. Suspicious transactions may be reviewed before payouts are processed.
8. Wallet Rules
Wallet balances are subject to SkillWar’s wallet policies and applicable law. Balances are not transferable unless expressly permitted. Corrections may be made for verified technical errors or incorrect credits.
9. User Responsibilities
Users must behave respectfully, follow tournament rules, maintain a stable internet connection, and refrain from misusing the platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All SkillWar platform content, branding, logos, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Liability Disclaimer
SkillWar is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, device failures, or third-party game server issues, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Updates to Terms
SkillWar may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be made available through the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where legally valid.
